Tired and Sad, plus 2743
So the thing about early morning and late night phones being bad news? All true. Kristin called me first thing yesterday (her time) to tell me that she and Ryan broke up the night before. It was the first of several conversations throughout the day, ending at about 2:15 last night.
THIS SUCKS!! It's so hard to see her hurting, and not to be close enough to actually give her a hug. Or anything. I don't know what exactly would be better if I was in the same city, but I just want to sit in the same room and listen. Enough of this crying alone on separate coasts. It's stupid. Stupid stupid stupid.
And I'm so far over with my cell phone minutes it's ridculous. I've talked 2,743 minutes so far this month, and I still have ten days left in the cycle. Time for a new plan. For everyone.
